Richards Story - Calf Pain (2010) - International 800m Runner

Having picked up a niggle in what I thought was my upper calf I made arrangements to see Leon urgently....being a current International over 800m, time is important.

Leon fitted me in very quickly and wasted no time in seeing to my problem. He quickly informed me that the problem was in fact linked to my Hamstring. The important thing was that I was back running in no time and most importantly Leon followed up with sports massage that meant I managed the problem well.
Having given me numerous exercises and stretches to target the problem area I now use these in my weekly training routines.

Many Thanks Leon
Richard Hill (GB International 800m - 14 Senior Caps)

Niall's Story - Calf Pain (2010) - Marathon Runner

"I tore my calf while running 5 months before i was due to enter the Paris Marathon. It was imperative that i returned to full fitness as soon as possible so as to continue with my training, so i sought out a high quality local physio. It was clear that my case was not a simple one as the injury was recurring, and it required a bit of lateral thinking to best treat it. Leon was able to identify the root of the problem as being poor mobility in my ankle, and instructed me how to manage the injury myself. Now, 3 months on, i'm running well and my ankle has never been so strong or flexible.Having used a large number of physios over the years i can highly recommend Leon to anyone needing treatment and advice."

David's Story - Knee Pain (2009) - Half Marathon Runner

"Having sustained a knee injury at an event two weeks prior to the Cardiff Half Marathon, I was determined not to pull out and let my sponsors down. I contacted Physio4Motion for emergency treatment and Leon’s diagnosis and treatment was swift, which not only got me through the run pain free, but I even beat my anticipated time.
